Shameful judges manipulation to get Mr Clifton the glitter ball
Judges clearly has their "winners". So glad it backfired. The public are not stupid.

Really? How exactly did they manipulate it when their marks hold no sway?
The judges have been doing this show long enough that they know the public will vote for their favourites no matter what they say. Kellie was the best tonight, fair play to her. This 'conspiracy!' nonsense is getting beyond tiresome now. |

However means he'll yet again get another good partner next year and we'll have to endure him for weeks

They vote for consistency and that belongs to Jay. |

I don't know why so many people don't like Kevin. I guess it's because he's a normal man from Grimsby, rather than some Russian hunk. He and Kellie were by far the best tonight, but once people start saying they don't like Kevin, or the Cliftons or spreading other rumours on the media, people will believe it.

I think the judges were fully aware that their marking wouldn't enhance Kellie and Kevin 's chances.

I was so angry when Len said she should be the winner and Craig was on about how hard she works. Other celebs work don't they? At least the public had the sense to ignore them

I like Kevin
But he must be due a duffer, rather than a potential finalist, next year |

Sorry judges - I didn't agree with you. K&K may have done the best show dance - but they were clearly out danced in both the other two dances. Gurning and screaming don't look or sound attractive (and whatever happened to tango faces??). The public clearly didn't like the partnership and they were never going to win, no matter what "guidance" marks were given.
Jay and Aliona have been wonderful all the way through the series and deserved the win |

Who manipulates people into believing that it's always other people who are manipulated? 😒

I think Kevin needs to just tone it down a bit, comes across annoying and too competitive
Kellie didn't help she actually made it worse |

Look at the previous history of Strictly finals - getting a 40 is no way of guaranteeing you will hoist a tacky spherical trophy.
Georgia got her plaudit from Craig - maybe a way in to future work for her. Jay announced he would be looking for work after the Striclty Tour, but doubt it would be in a stage musical. Not sure how the trophy will benefit him. Kellie - will not be written out of EastEnders for decades (unless she wants to go) - in fact she may be involved in more big story lines, not having to get wear a wedding dress to get remembered Katie and Anita (Team Factual) may get more presenting slots, especially if the dresses are glamorous |

Jay was the star of SCD 2015 and partly responsible for its huge viewership figures. He had to endure a lot to win - tabloid lies, nerves etc and never once did he seek sympathy or complain. He deserved to win big-time |

And the judges therefore marked her fairly and gave the right comments. Yet you still think this was them 'manipulating' people and not just them giving their honest opinion? Hmm...weird...

I don't get the hate for Kevin, I really don't. He's an excellent dancer and produces quality routines which are eye catching and he knows the public, on the whole, will enjoy. Kellie was the best tonight and she couldn't have done anymore. I voted for Jay so I am not saying this as a bias Kellie/Kevin fan. The judges are all entitled to an opinion but in the end they all know it comes down to the public vote.

I was uncomfortable with their marking tonight and I though K&K Charleston in particular was very overmarked. I'm a Jay fan but if I am being honest I think Georgia was better tonight.

Len made a big mistake saying Kellie should win - there have been rumors of a fix for the past few weeks ...

as it was up to the public tonight the judges cannot manipulate anything there have been other couples who have scored well on the night and not won - the public will have the winner they choose. Jay deserved his win on the season of performances but on the night and as a judge for over 35 years I would have marked it as the judges did tonight based purely on tonight
