Dave Arch and Tess Daly.
And don't say a backing track. |

I think the Clifton's are only unpopular on this forum, remember DS is not representative of public opinion. Kevin in particular I think is very popular in the real world, as much as his haters on here won't like to admit it. If Anton and Brendan were to leave he'd probably be the most recognisable male pro left on the show to non diehard fans.
I think Gleb wants to come back from reading his Twitter, whether or not he will remains to be seen though. I think he only ever had duffers on the other DWTS, apart from in Russia obviously. And I think he likes the attention he gets over here. |

I wonder what happened last night then when they didn't pick up the phone to vote for this very popular in the real world guy..odd
People don't actually vote for the pro's, it's just a myth trotted out frequently on here. People generally vote for the celebs. |

If he's back next year - and he probably will be - he needs to have an older, duffer contestant who will calm him down a bit - Kellie and her screaming brought out the worst in him this season |

What a silly comment.

I'm a fan of James and Ola, and Anton and Erin and used to vote for them despite who they were dancing with. Many of the pros have their own fanbases who will carry them further than their celebs talent might indicate - Natalie, Anton, Iveta, and several of the others too - particularly if they are with one of the lesser known celebs |

If Gleb stays, I hope they won't bring in his wife too.
No offence to her, but enough of the real life partners on the show, please. No need for her anyway. The glorious Anya should get another shot, as should Jo Clifton, imo and Iveta needs to return too. |

I liked Kevin with Susannah and Frankie, but not as much with Kellie. Vincent irritated the hell out of me but I enjoyed his partnership with Dani. Even Ola was almost likable when paired with Chris and Robbie Savage. |

Quite - and so popular that he landed in the dance off twice this season which would indicate that he isn't as popular as Zoe (we all love Kevin) keeps telling us he is.
If he's back next year - and he probably will be - he needs to have an older, duffer contestant who will calm him down a bit - Kellie and her screaming brought out the worst in him this season If Kevin got a duffer he would get on with the job choreograph routines suitable for his partner and not sulk like some pros do when they do not have a potential finalist as a partner. Kevin comes from a teaching background and would not bat an eyelid at dancing with someone of less ability |

Similarly I didn't mind Karen when she was paired with Nicky or Jeremy, couldn't do with her at all when she was paired with Mark. |

the only pro that influences if I like a celeb or not is Anton - could just not support anyone dancing with him

Len's been noticeably grumpy since he gave up judging DWTS. He probably misses a far better, far more watchable, and far more professionally run operation.

well at least Kevin is a true Ballroom and Latin Champion and a nice guy who does not flog a false persona to get on (and yes I mean Anton)

Kevin comes from a teaching background and would not bat an eyelid at dancing with someone of less ability I cant say im surprised that some of it is coming from a James Jordan fan though, he can barely contain his dislike of them on Twitter either. But then I suppose it must have been galling when another British male pro joined the show and took all the spotlight from him. James is the most hideous, nasty spiteful man. He proved that when he was on CBB. He is the only pro I actively dislike, nay despise! |

I think Strictly needs a shake up of Pro Dancers. The 3 new ones this year were good and I hope the BBC decide to add new Pro's next year.
Anton, Brendan etc are looking long in the tooth.............. The judges area needs a good shake up too. The show needs to keep evolving otherwise it becomes stale and repetitive. |

Obviously Ola is leaving but apart from apart from Grumpy Len not sure I actually anyone not to return.
Tess & Claudia have settled in as the hosts and for me the pros line-up is the best it's been in years. Maybe Brendan & Anton are getting a bit long in the tooth but I'd be fine with both coming back again this year. Sadly can see a few pros leaving - maybe a few of Kristina, Natalie, Tristan and Gleb. Hope Gleb stays on though - him and Karen have been my favourite pros this series. Think if he wants to stay on he will. Tristan I hope stays on but wouldn't be surprised to see leaving. Len is becoming like Bruce for me at this stage - he's uncomfortable to watch and it constantly feels like he's about to going from smiling old uncle to snarling at contestants. The other judges for all their faults all add something to the show and there's no reason to get rid of them - the way Darcey yells her marks at times is a bit of a guilty pleasure. |

Hope that Gleb and Giovani go. Dont like Glebs choreogrophy and Gio is up his own butt. think Kristina will go as well as Ola. Also hope all the judges go and Anton is judging meaning 5 new pros needed and 3 new judges as Anton i hope takes Lens space. Would be happy with him back as a pro next year though

If the producers have any sense, they won't change too much at once. It's always a risk making sweeping changes. Many viewers are quite conservative and don't want to see the programme changed out of all recognition.
We know Ola's going. I wouldn't be surprised if Aliona decided to go out on a high, as the first pro to win twice and after what seems to have been her favourite series to date. I wouldn't be surprised if Kristina or Natalie left either, though I'd love it if Natalie stayed and got another contender. Unfortunately, probably more than any other femalepro, she most likely gets assigned her partners based on height rather than any other criteria. I don't think Anton or Brendan will leave until they're pushed, and I don't think they'll be pushed anytime soon. I think the powers that be like having these two remaining pros from the first series. I wouldn't mind if Anton left, I'm not fussed about Brendan either way. I'd love it if Janette and Jo were to swap roles next year. I think Janette is a bit lacking in technique, and Jo was wasted this year. I admit Kevin can be irritating - he needs to learn when to tone down the personality - but everyone has their quirks that can irritate. I don't get all the Clifton hatred. In theory, I wouldn't mind if Len left but in practice, it would depend very much on who replaces him. I doubt more than one judge would be changed at a time. |

If Dave Arch goes the man in the hat will have nothing to play. What Dave Arch does to get that show on every week is nothing short of amazing.
