I doubt there are many hardcore The Wanted fans out there. They only had about 3 songs, they're not exactly 1D.
The Wanted fans Are hardcore, trust me.

It's actually VERY surprising considering that Terry's twitter page used to have a picture of The Wanted as wallpaper...
He must be blaming Jay for the split up then.

No stage school soap stars, and no BBC employees. No dancers with close links to the judges, and no siblings critiquing on it takes two.

This is true, their album sales were pretty pathetic. They had a couple of huge hits but otherwise weren't that big and certainly didn't make that big an impact on the music scene as a whole. Blue and Westlife, whilst less recent, were a LOT more popular, and in terms of success The Wanted were probably more on a par with the Saturdays or Pixie Lott.

Has there ever been a series where the men outperformed the women?

Julian Clary outperformed most of the women, if he hadn't of taken a wrong turn in that dance he would have won it that year, the viewers at home fell in love with Julians journey on the show and that's the way it should be not fandomers on perminant redial voting mode on the phone to gift someone the glitter ball.

That should include anyone from a theatre school also. I think I remember the man from Eastenders (Christian I think) saying he could not enter because of his dance background but every year there are people from stage schools, I suppose they go on the show to try and get some exposure when they are not doing too well. I liked all of the dances Jay did, no stage school faces being pulled.
Christian is a trained ballet dancer

Nicky Byrne and Simon Webbe called - they want to know where it went wrong for them as it's so easy.
Brilliant!

Should introduce not kissing and pawing , touching in dance hold ,

1 direction have free them selves up for next year ,

Bring it on ,
A One Direction signing might increase SCD's ratings even more. I like the one who left, Zayn Malik (name?)

Don't rise to it Frank. It's called flamebaiting and giving a someone fodder means they keep coming back for more. DNFTT

That's the problem Maggie, you are quite right the ratings would sky rocket with a 1D boybander on the show and the producers are never going to turn that down are they.

I'm not sure I've ever seen the words respected and Daily Star together before.
Surely an oxymoron?

Don't be too harsh. I should imagine that Terry is heavily tranquilised after the double whammy of his beloved Anton being booted out, and then Jay winning the glitter ball.

No more oily, smarmy, Aussie-born Uriah Heaps, who are ever so humble, with extensive pre-show dance training.

And who love their kids.
