I am going to through another name into the mix. How about Matt Flint? He won So You think You Can Dance? a couple of years ago and has recently been choreographing some of the group dances. He would be a good replacement for Craig or Bruno.

I wouldn't like Robin Winsor in the judges' line-up. Really not keen on him.

Len to be replaced by Brendon.
Fred.

Christopher Dean?

He knows his dancing as he needed to learn it for ice-dancing. He can explain things clearly but will tell it like it is. He comes across well on TV.

I really think all this about a fix is stupid and has been whipped up out of nothing - but in any event, there is no way that anyone could push him.

I'd put Shirley Ballas out there. I always say I wouldn't want her as a judge on the US version because he son is a pro there. I think she'd be great here.

Can I just point out that Julieann Hough took over from Len in DWTS U.S. last season.
Mind you, Derek did win!!!!

Would it be another reality show that he would win since he won DOI twice and Get Your Act Together?

I would have all the judges go and the replacments as follows
Craig out replaced by Ian Waite
Darcey Out Replacment Karen Hardy
Len out replacment Anton Du Beke (give Anton head judge as well)
Bruno out replacement Robin Winsor”

That's an appalling panel of judges.

None of the pros should become a judge imo if they were to replace Len they need a credible expert judge from the world of dance

Shirley Ballas would be good, USA based but nice Northern Lass and a legend in the latin world. But there are many others like Shirley who would be good and suitably qualified and far more qualified to judge than any of the pros on the show

Oh dear heaven - NO NO NO on that list of judges. Ian maybe, but definitely not the other 3.

I can't really see Shirley as a judge on scd - much as I'd like to. But some I think would be good would be Nicky Miles. Not only is there little he doesn't know about the world of BB & Lat, but he can be really entertaining as well.

In line with all the other suggestions, I'd like to see Prince Harry as judge. At least you'd get fair play and some genuinely awful jokes.

I'm not very good when it comes to professional ballroom/latin dancers who could be a judge.

I've heard of Shirley Ballas and Karen Hilton, I'd enjoy them both I think if any judge should be replaced, it's Bruno.

Oh yes, love the idea of Matt Flint! And the OP's suggestion of Ray Quinn for that matter.
I would really love to see a shake up of the judging panel, they spoiled my enjoyment of the show this year, especially the final.
