Well the lindy hop is related to the charleston, jive and QS. Their show dance was not only lindy hop and there was a section in it that seemed taken directly from their SCD jive. Also the show dance is a free dance. The rules mean they can do something different. The others chose not to do so.

I agree with you that the judges' picks were not very interesting and 3 of them were ballroom with one (slow) latin.

The scores for Team KluKlux were correct.
The judges were serving up justice for the absurd relegation to two dance-offs of the most consistently hard working entertainers on the show,all caused by an irrational pathological hatred of "the Cliftons" and the inability of the voters to see past the early impression of Kellie as annoying,to her true nature as a determined showgirl.
