Since each couple in the final had an unlearned dance what do we think the couples would have scored in it if it had been done? my guesses for the unlearned dances would be
Katie& Anton Samba 4,6,7,7=24
Kellie& Kevin Argentine Tango 8,9,10,9=36
Georgia& Giovani Argentine Tango 9,10,10,10=39
Jay& Aliona Samba 7,9,9,9=34

Jay and Aliona's samba would have scored at least as high as Kellie and Kevin's AT and probably Georgia and Giovanni's as well. Although it was the final and Kellie's mediocre tango scored 40 and Craig seemed to have a cob on with Jay for some reason () so...

Katie's samba, however, would have been pants.

I don't know what they would have scored if they had to dance one of unlearned dances, but it would certainly have made the final more interesting, and as they have a free reign in the showdance, I think the other 2 dances should be technical dances.
