Maybe Baroness Karren will do it? She seems to think she's the most important person on it already anyway.

Seems to happen after The Apprentice finishes, some "scandal" or other - the losers have to make some money somehow whilst they've still got a modicum of "fame". Look at the stories that came out re Sophocles. They've had a taste of being a "celeb"...

Plus we had the blonde lady that beat Ruth Badger, but then quit so Lord Sugar has been quite unlucky with the lady's apart from Dr Leah, who was amazing, my favourite of all the winners! So it's no wonder Sugar is not keen to hire the lady's too often!

So, so pleased for Joseph, he was the underdog with Vana and Richard the forerunners! But Joseph pulled it off so well with his speech in the boardroom with 'What you see is what you get', very genuine and nice chap and Vana is a smart lass but far too gobby and outspoken for Lord Sugar and too argumentative at times.

So well done Joseph, a local boy to me in Peterborough, well about 15 miles away! Good lad and well done again!

I think it was such a generic and dull thing to say. The sort of predictable comment that has been said by dozens of Big Brother contestants.
It's not as if a contestant comparing themselves to Alan Sugar isn't something he hasn't heard before either,

Very happy Joseph won! He will do very well.

Came across very well on You're Hired too. Mergim's comment to Sugar that he will be dead in 12 years time made me laugh As if he said that! But if anyone can, he can. Sugar really seems to like him, and you could tell he always liked Joseph too.

Mark from last year got a lot of stick, but I thought he was decent and is obviously proving his worth now.

he definitely had a soft spot for Brett and Charleine too!

'The Spiv' had the more sensible plan and he won.

Sugar could see that with Vana he would be need to be one of many investors.

Well done Joseph.

Seconded....

However, did Alan Sugar bottle out of opting for Vana and her risky proposal? Would a younger and braver Alan Sugar have had the courage to back Vana?

30 minutes and I knew Vana had no chances. At least Elle was hilarious last night.

Totally predictable result but an enjoyable final.

The only thing that didn't work were Romesh's comedy bits, using up time that could have been devoted to something more insightful.
The awards were a bit silly but at least they were an easy excuse to involve some of the other candidates.

It was nice to see Elle show her fun side and Mergim's comment to Sugar was perhaps the highlight of the night. Also it was great to bring Charleine and Richard's rivalry to a fitting conclusion, literally ending up as the 'perfect match'.

yeah, agree it was nice to see Ruth and Mergim, for example, get some screen time

Romesh's sketches were absolutely atrocious.

Just watching it now - Joseph really made some bad team picks.

Vana was clearly the best candidate. But no surprise, he picked the guy who seemed most like himself.

Joseph is up against thousands of very small independent one man firms and large established companies like Pimlico Plumbing:

http://www.pimlicoplumbers.com/about-us/pimlico-brand

who are not going to sit back and let Joseph become a dominate force in the plumbing business. Sugar should have had the courage to back Vana.

Yes, Joseph faces lots of competition but so would Vana have done: she said in the interviews round there are 3,800 online dating businesses. To be fair, she might have been talking about the American market.
