This is just out of curiosity, not everyone will be voting Selina

Last one, I promise...

THIS is the tough one to call imo.
It's a toss up between:
Selina for being a nonstop pain in the ass and frankly vulgar on the show, off the show and - if reports are to be believed - behind the scenes of the show. Complaining almost non-stop, sometimes not putting in any effort at all. She was downright bad.

Charleine for being far too much of a loose cannon with her emotions. Yes, Charleine certainly had some strong moments and when she threw herself behind what the team were doing it normally went well. However, she so often let her emotions get the better of her (David in the boardroom, Richard in general, Selina in general, etc.)

Natalie for being completely useless in absolutely every single regard imaginable - including helping Vana in the final.

Mergim for just generally seeming like a bit of an idiot all round and generally incompetent at business.

Think I'm gonna have to go Natalie on this one.

Purely in terms of skills, it has to be Dan. The poor guy looked so out of his element that if I didn't know better, I'd say someone probably pulled an Adam Freeman, and the production team just grabbed a random guy off the street and presented him as a candidate just to make up the numbers.

Dan, closely followed by Jenny. Both so unsuited to the show

How are Elle and Natalie not topping this poll?! People shouldn't vote for Selina just because they don't like her.

Jenny did absolutely nothing wrong and her being fired was essentially down to Karen splitting hairs.

I voted for Mergim for being an all round idiot Great character though.

To be fair, Mergim does deserve to top this poll in a sense. But with Selina I think some people are interpreting "worst" as "least likeable".

Natalie.

Mergim and Natalie were both utterly incompetent.

But Mergim was sweet!

Indeed, i voted for Dan he was completly useless, followed by Natalie Mergim & Elle

The thing with Dan is, we only saw him for one task so it's a bit hard to gauge how he might have handled and adapted himself to some of the other things, I feel it's a bit unfair to call him the worst of the series over one task which is why I'm leaving him out and focussing on the others. I mean Natalie had oodles of chances to prove her worth at something, even today she could've proven that with the pressure of the process off her she was surprisingly competent, but nope, she was just awful all round.

All had some degrees of not being good, but Natalie was worst as she didn't care about anything, and shouldn't have been on the show at all. huh!

Selina for being a grumpy negative attention-seeking cow; and Natalie for being utterly hopeless at everything.

That's all there is to it really

Oh and Scott for being slippery in the discount store boardroom, and then for throwing a strop and leaving when he's criticised in a later task.

Selina because she is not a team player and her contributions has not really help benefit the tasks

Mergim for being completely and utterly useless. How he made it on the show is beyond me.

The more I think about it, the more I wonder how Natalie made it on the show. I mean at least with Mergim you could chalk it up to entertainment value but she didn't even have that going for her.

Selina may have been unlikeable, but she was in no way the weakest candidate.

Elle, Natalie, Dan, Mergim, and in the latter weeks Scott were all worse.

Scott? Seriously? A worse candidate than Natalie, Elle, Dan, Aisha and Mergim?

I think people are really confusing their least favourite with the worst.

I mean how on earth is Selina getting mentions on this!

If everyone was unbiased then the only 3 who would be getting votes would be Natalie, Mergim and Dan. I mean hell, even Aisha showed slight business acumen in her PM run which is more than could be said for Natalie or Mergim.
