I fell I love with Claude a little bit this year. Such a good choice for an aide. He liked the candidates and showed his soft side

I think he's been an excellent adviser/interviewer.
He's better than smarmy Karen though her reactions can be funny.

I think most people expected Claude to be like how he came across as an interviewer. But he seems like a more likeable guy and not as brutal.
I liked him when he was an interviewer to be feared, but I think I like him more after seeing a more human side to him this series.

It looks like Linda Plant is the new Claude in terms of being the person to fear the most at the interview stage.

I think it was difficult for Claude to intimidate the candidates this year because they were already familiar with him - not because Claude has necessarily "softened" all of a sudden.

If I'd never seen any of the previous series of The Apprentice then I agree that I'd probably think he was a really nice bloke based on this year alone, but I've seen enough from him in the past to make me believe otherwise.

Claude was great, not annoying in any way, firm but fair,

It was him that said "where are you going "

I liked Claude this year and the move they made with him on the show was a good one. Couldn't stand Karren's rudeness this year how she would interrupt during the tasks and how quick she was to cut across the candidates in the boardroom without giving the candidates a chance sometimes so she chucked them under the bus and there was no way for them to put their side across of the story. theres always 2 sides to every story and everyone should have a fair chance to explain and be listened to fairly
