I like him because he is so quiet and humble. Not an in your face celeb. We need more like him.

Get over it....the guy won because the public loved him. He could have said anything and it would not have mattered.

I am giving him credit...and even on TV this Morning Lorraine was telling him how lovely and cute he was...and he was enjoying it.

This morning was the first time I had actually seen the guy have a proper conversation....and I agree with you lovely lad and humble.Have a feeling we are going to see much more of Jay.

Keep going on about the comments he made...like I said who cares.

Silly people thought that those comments would lose him votes....in fact he gained more and more as he went along.

Nice little interview.

Didn't know about the Nick Grimshaw one, although Jay had a short interview with Chris Evans on the phone from his car too.

I think it was his brother's car just in case anyone accuses him of using the phone while driving!

LOL! I loved it when he said all that. You could just see him digging the hole bigger and bigger and wishing he'd never started! Done that so often myself but luckily never on TV!

I love him - he's similar to my own 23-year old son, and of course Jay lives and works in a very "young" industry. Hasn't had time to get all old and jaded from the world yet...
