Which dances that received a ten paddle actually deserved them?
In this series of Strictly, we've seen no less than seventeen different dances be awarded at least one mark of ten by our extremely impartial judges (*cough cough*), but which of those did you think were actually worthy of such high marks?

And were there any performances that didn't merit any tens according to our judges but that you believe should've done?
A multi-choice poll should be with you shortly!
meant to vote for Kellie's AS as well but accidentally missed it off.
I voted for all of Jays
Both Georgias Charlestons
Helen's VW
Kellie's AS
Voted: Georgia's Charleston and VW, Jay's Jive and Tango, Helen's VW along with Kellie's AS and showdance
All right, here goes:
Jay's Jive, Georgia's Charleston (both of them.

), Georgia's American Smooth, Helen's Viennese Waltz, Jay's Rumba, Jay's Charleston, Georgia's Viennese Waltz, Kellie's American Smooth, Kellie's Showdance, Jay's Paso in the Final and Kellie's Charleston in the final.
I should have given Anita's Paso a vote but accidentally missed it.
Oh, I did give Anita a vote after all!
I have no idea why I said I didn't.
Jay's Jive

I still loved Peter’s Charleston, Kellie’s Quickstep, Jay’s Rumba and Kellie’s Finale Tango but would have given those 9’s instead.
Well i personally think that Kellie's AS was the best dance of the season but it is only considered to be 0th best which i find surprising.

I think Anita's Paso was, but she isn't anywhere near the lead.
I notice ALL of Jay's are ahead...

To be fair Jay's would still all be ahead if brushing his teeth was on the list.

Exactly.
It's ridiculous to even include him in these polls, as there is
never rationality involved.

So it's irrational to love Jay's dances but not anyone else's??? I see! And you're basing this on what? His popularity I presume?
Jay's jive & tango, Helen's VW, Kelllie's AS.
All the others had errors of varying degrees, although there were some dances in the list I very much enjoyed despite that (Georgia's Charleston being the main one but she did overbalance first time and go slightly out of time at the end in the final).

But ALL of his dances?
Come on now, even if you have a favourite their are certain dances you like more than others... the scoring for Jay in these type of polls comes across as trolling.

He has 5 of his best dances included in the poll - all of them were excellent and were marked highly by the judges. Why is it trolling that others enjoyed them too? He was a great dancer, and I personally enjoyed all of his dances (especially the ones included in the poll). All of them were deserving of 10s IMO.
I also enjoyed most of Georgia''s and Helen''s dances - why is that not trolling?????

Have you noticed there are 5 of Jay's dances, 5 of Kellie's dances and 4 of Georgia's...

I voted for all of Jay's dances because I thought they were all worthy of 10's, as per the poll question

the dances from Jay I didn't think worthy of 10's didn't get them anyway - so it's a moot point.
I also voted for Georgia's Charleston, Kellie's AS and Helen's VW.
I just feel it would be better to have Jay's dances separate, that way we'd get a fairer representation.
Thankfully it seems to have leveled out a bit now - last night it looked dodgy.
But why would it surprise you the eventual winner did several dances many people really liked? It makes total sense. It's clear Georgia's Charleston in particular was really popular too, which also makes sense.

I don't understand why the popular winner shouldn't have popular dances

.
The question isn't which were your favourite dances, but which, of those that scored 10s did you think were worthy. I notice you didn't even think Jay's jive was 10 worthy

. I voted for Kellie's showdance even though I personally didn't care for it. It wasn't my cup of tea, but I could see it was 'worthy'. Likewise Peter's Charleston. I really don't like him and didn't think it was nearly as good as the judges did, but I couldn't begrudge it at least one ten.

Yes... He was the most popular, garnered the most public votes - and won!

I really loved GG but certainly didn't vote for all their dances. There is no possible development or narrative without a realistic perspective, s'my view.
And then there is partiality and love. If my dog, for example, was on that list for scratching, barking and farting companionably I would vote for her every time. ❤️❤️❤️ She is very creative and elegant and a good learner too.
Disappointed only fourteen of us credit Peter's Charleston. If I put the Charlestons in order of preference this year -- as routines -- I'd go Peter, Jay, Georgia, despite thinking GG's was the best danced (especially in the final). But the feel of the others was terrific, smart, cool, and in Peter's case just go, go, go right the way through. Loved it. One of the dances of the series for me

Yes? All of his dances that the judges deigned to give a 10 to deserved them.
It doesn't mean that he's perfect and every time he danced it was utter perfection. It just means that he was the least overmarked of all the people who got 10's in the show.
Is there a problem with thinking that?
