I'm going to the tour just wondering if anyone's met any of the celebs or pros in the past. It would be amazing if I did I've watched the show since I was little and always wanted to go to the tour. I'd love to meet Helen as she's my favourite and is a big inspiration to me. It would be great if I met any of them really.

The arena tours are difficult because of the size of the venue, but I've had a few hugs and hi-fives from pro dancers in the past when I've had front row seats - it's fairly easy to interact with the pros and celebs as they're leaving the arena if you've got dancefloor seats.

I've never tried to go to the stage door after a tour show but I've seen pictures of people having success meeting pros and celebs before/after shows so it must be possible.

I've met many of the pro dancers in the past (especially when some of the pros did their own tour at smaller venues) and they've almost always been very gracious and happy to sign autographs and pose for photos if asked politely

the tour has changed ALOT over the past years

there was a time when the celebs and pros would stay on the arena floor for a while after the show was done so people got photos etc then

nowadays they don't stay or aren't allowed to stay - I don't know - they get rushed off the floor - apart from Natalie she hovers! - she is good at interacting with the front row people

Ive never been lucky at the stage door - mostly because I go to matinees and they all have to eat/rest between matinee and evening shows

Nottingham and Manchester have MASSIVE iron gates that the tour bus is behind so the celebs and pros just leave the arena and get on the bus before getting anywhere near the public (if that makes sense)

some come to the gates - Caroline did very briefly in Manchester last year but she was the only one

give the stage door a shot - if you can find it - you have nothing to loose!
