Why would ANYONE dare to think this programme is "Strictly Scripted"???

And before anyone says "They won - get over it"...I'm WELL over it. Just throwing a few facts and figures out there as food for thought for the future...

As for Aliona, I've never warmed to her so her departure is entirely inconsequential to me.”

Strictly have been after Jay McGuiness - and possibly other members of the Wanted - to do the programme for a few years, but only managed to persuade him this year.

How can the producers plan for a boy band breaking up and one member deciding his 'gap year' had gone on long enough ?

How could the producers know he would over-come his nervousness?

Going back to the Launch Show Jay was not a favourite to win - the betting odds on Jay were apparently 10 to 1, the same as Ainsley!

For me, over the series Jay was the best dancer though as Georgia improved, she came close. Kellie, though accurate, was more of a performer than a dancer. At Jay's very best, though, he was better than almost anyone on Strictly.

Great riposte Muggsy! What I don't understand in the other post is that "undeserved" remark. Jay was undoubtedly one of the best dancers to have appeared on Strictly, so their win wasn't undeserved.

Sounds like you are completely over it *insert eyeroll*

I love this he is an 'undeserved' winner arguement when he has been favorite to win from very early on has the highest overall mark of the series and is consistently told he was one of the best technical dancers they've ever had on the show. Just because he wasn't 'judges pet' on the night and his perfectly executed dancing was overlooked by performance proves nothing.

Difference between Fact and Opinion
As per KS2 teaching for Years 3-6 in England & Wales (age 7-11)
"Fact and opinion is the difference between statement and belief. It is important to know the difference between fact and opinion, especially when you are reading a newspaper, writing a report, or perhaps researching a topic that interests you. An opinion expresses a belief or a feeling about something, while a fact is a statement that can be proved true with evidence.

Almost everyone has an opinion on everything, but that doesn’t mean what they say is factually correct or true. If you can’t verify it for yourself, don’t take it at face value."

If you were to maintain that this was entirely your opinion then that's one thing but it lay it down as "fact" is another.

Yes, I think it is really nasty. I like Aliona and always enjoy watching her. Some people have made some very untoward remarks. She to me is a professional dancer and when she decides to leave for what ever reasons, it really is her business. I wish her the best of luck in the future.

Ha. Anyone who feels the need to type "I'm WELL over it" after coming up with a pile of dross and calling it "throwing a few facts and figures out there" is clearly not over it AT ALL.

And by the way, your "facts and figures" are neither facts nor figures.

FACT: I kud not ov written it more better!

OPINION: Isn't it strange how some people on these forums truly believe that it is possible to manipulate the public vote in the final 4 weeks of the competition. If so, a new definition of "to fix" is required.

FACT: It's all due to that asteroid that is almost going to collide with Earth on Christmas Eve, so I have read, tho' I aint seen it.

September is the busiest time for biths

Wouldnt be surprised if this is one of the reasons why she not planning on signing up for next year .

And yet she IS doing the tour with Jay. - FACT.

November is the month where more people fall pregnant - FACT!

Therefore it is highly unlikely she is already pregnant!

Actually it is August - which ties in with November being the most likely month to fall pregnant.

On a side note, did I read somewhere that Kristina will not be back next year?

Perhaps after the tour she's leaving her options open. She may well want a baby but it can't really be something that can be meticulously planned - you don't just fall pregnant the minute you start trying for a baby - it's not always that simple FACT.

Too true. I only ever got pregnant in September.

I quite agree. The poster,s idea of facts and figures could more aptly be described as conjecture and imagination. Its amazing what a person can conjure up when they do not like a certain pro

Forget it, Fred. The post you're replying to is so ridiculous it doesn't even deserve a mention.
