Irritatingly good! Booyah. Wonder how long it will long all those records for? Probably until the lead single off of 28.

Agreed. Hello is incredibly drab in my opinion and could easily send me to sleep. I like Adele as a person and she's obviously very talented, but her music tends to bore me rigid.

No. I think Little Mix-Black Magic, is the most irritating song of the year.

No, my favourite song this year.

It's not a great song IMO but I wouldn't call it irritating, just bland and vastly overhyped. I've nothing against Adele personally and she seems to be a nice person but I find her music boring 😴🎤

It's been years woman! He's probably forgotten all about you. Why call 1 thousand times if he didn't answer the first few. The other side doesn't sound like a nice place to be. What's the point in going over things again and again. Hello, it's me. Fk off!”

Yeah. She's always banging on about some bloke she can't leave alone. Write about something new. Even Skyfall has stalker connotations.
As for Hello I just switch it off when it comes on.

Nope, it's not irritating at all. Alright it's not my favorite, but I have heard a lot worse than that before.

In fact I heard Adele - Hello twice today, and I didn't complain at all. Good song.

It's one of the worst first couple of bars of a song I've heard in a while

What is this current obsession for mournful depressing whiny songs made by Adele and Sam Smith music should be fun.

Like fun is the only human activity or emotion?
Never listened to Mahler or Joy Division then?

This melancholy music might be just be a response to the existential crisis created by the ongoing threat of Islamic Fundamentalism or the natural reaction to austerity politics. But given that Adele is a multimillionaire on the strength of her music I guess the latter isn't likely to be true.

At the beginning it sounds as though she's going to launch into Lionel richie's Hello, is it me you're looking for? I don't think it's a good song - it's like an afterthought to Someone Like You without a good melody or hook. Not her best by a long way.

What I love about Adele is that she can sing well in a lower register, which your run of the mill X factor "belters" can't do.

However she's one of those people who is great simply "because it's Adele". A new Adele album has the same level of interest and hype of a new Madonna album back in the day.

The basic structure of Hello could have been made up on a child's keyboard in 2 minutes. What makes the song is the production lyrics and her delivery, That said her output is so dreary.

I really don't understand the Adele hype wagon.. I don't even particularly think she has a good voice, she falsettos most high notes.
"to make you feel my love" by Bob Dylan came on the radio the other day, and my wifes friend said "oh my god, i can't believe someone's covering Adele songs already"
