I'm cooking curry for 20 on Xmas Eve. I'm doing a beef rendang (hot), Prawn curry (med) and a chicken Tikka Masala (mild). There will be rice, poppadom and naan. I think I need to add something green (although there are peas in the prawn curry). Any suggestions? Salad? Spinach (though hob/oven space is limited)?
