Thin sliced bread

there was a time when you could buy thin
sliced bread..... not anymore

I search tesco... asda etc and the sliced
bread in there is what I would call medium sliced.

I just had a beef sandwich ... the beef was great........ but I feel as though Ive eaten twice as much bread as I needed to have eaten.
Why dont they make thin sliced bread anymore .... its crazy !

The last time I bought Morrison's own-brand sliced bread that's their equivalent of Warburtons, the slices were incredibly thin. Perfect for cucumber sandwiches, but not nearly enough bread for a meat or egg sandwich, for me.

I rarely eat bread, but I find the square sandwich thins are good to keep in the freezer for the odd occasion when I fancy a sandwich. They're certainly thin!

Use a rolling pin on it if you want it thinner.
