It is just so fascinating to see Jay in TW days (albeit for me only through the delights of YouTube), then watch Jay on SCD when he seemed to be a number of different people (nervous Jay and tongue tied Jay on many of the main shows, funny and cheeky Jay on ITT), and now confident, playful, and chilled Jay, having a ball.

It's hard to distinguish him from the professionals most of the time in those clips - he's dancing the same as them and looking for all the world like he's been doing it for years ! My sadness is that Ali is about to give her dancing shoes a rest, and there's Jay with all that fabulous potential to start a career in dance ! Is there a God of dance we can pray to in order to keep them together - what a team they are after just 5 months together !!

Brilliant! This is from Friday night- the first night of the tour.
This is the genuine wig falling off episode.
You can really get a sense of the excitement there was about the jive.
I thought this was better than Saturday night and probably better than on SCD.
In contrast, I thought the rumba was better than on SCD and was better on Saturday night, especially the last arm movement. Beautiful.

Trying again - Jive on Friday night better than Saturday and both better than Week 3 SCD
Rumba- both Friday and Saturday tour nights better than SCD show and Saturday night better than Friday.
