Anyone tried 'reset Firefox' and lost all their bookmarks?
There is a file called 'Old Firefox Data' saved to the desktop but the bookmark manager is 'unable to process the backup file'. Anyway to force a sync restore? I am fuming. ![]() EDIT: NVM. I manually copied places.sqlite from the above folder and all was well. It's supposed to do that for you! ![]()

Which edition/version of the dictionary are you using? I'm using the Marco Pinto edition which seems to be ok.

Can anyone explain why I still get Quote:
Sorry, your browser is not supported on some websites such as parliamentlive.tv and even on the front page of youtube (but not when I go to a video page)To view this website you must upgrade your web browser. The following browsers are officially supported: Internet Explorer 9+ Chrome 38+ Firefox 30+ Opera 23+ Safari 6+ Chrome for Android Safari and Chrome for iOS Upgrading your browser will allow you access to the full website, as well as providing an improved web experience. I've disabled all add-ons, plugins and cleared the cache without success. |

Mozilla is planning to end full support for Adobe's Flash software in its Firefox browser from next month. In August, it will block the Flash-powered parts of webpages that were "not essential to the user experience". The browser developer said its action would mean webpages loaded more quickly and made crashes less likely. Full detailsIn a blog post, Firefox developer Benjamin Smedberg said its first step would tackle the Flash-based parts of a webpage that users did not see. This includes files used to help with tracking and following which websites users visit, to aid advertising. Many of these hidden functions can now be done using HTML - the language of the web - said Mr Smedberg. So that's probably v48.0 scheduled for release on 2nd August. |

Not sure what purpose it serves. I rarely even open it, but just tried it and I am getting 10 entries as you describe, but 7 are for pages I have not visited in months.
