Lobster

I was talking at work the other day about buying some frozen cooked lobster, then the daily mail did an article about them.
Morrison's and lidls came in very well.
Any one tried them?

We had the Morrison's signature dressed lobster and we were v disappointed 😒
The 'mousse' tasted 'off' and there was very little in the way of lobster meat. A lot of money (£12) for very little. 😔

My advice? Go for lobster tails. Grill them with gobs of garlic butter. No waste, all taste

Had on from Aldi a few years ago and it was very nice, cheap too.

well we just thought we'd treat ourselves this year, its not something we'd normally buy and having had lobster before we were really looking forward to it!! Back to party food !!

Personally I think crab meat is much nicer.

You're right. I bought the Morrison's signature ready to eat lobster and it was awful. Watery and tasteless.
The Lidl one is still in the freezer.
