My wife works in catering and got one of these through work so it has no clear instructions on cooking it, it comes unmarked with just the source and weight which is 6.77KG, so how do I go about cooking this?

Time-wise, I found that 20 mins per kg, plus 70 mins at 180 degrees (fan oven) worked fine.

ETA. The cooking time is plus 70 mins if under 4kg, or plus 90 if over 4kg, which yours is. So for your 6.77kg crown, total cooking time is 225 mins (or three hours and 45 mins).
