We're nearly two months into the new year which means it's time for the DSRPG Cup First Round. Will Pizzatheaction hang on to their title or will we have a new winner?

A random draw will take place next week once all predictions have been submitted and players will be pitched Head-to-Head. If I have an odd number of players the current leader of the season (or highest placed player who is taking part) after week 9 will be given a bye.

In these duals the player who is closer to the actual figure with their prediction will win a point. The players with the most points in each dual at the end of the week will go through to the next round; the loser bows out.

- Capital One Cup Highlights (0.8m) averaged 2.7 points. No one conquered a 5er.
Down 0.2m on average prediction.

- Churchill's Secret (SPECIAL - 2.8m inc. +1) averaged 0.1 points with only dazc scoring anything at all (two points).
