Much love. xxx”

It can be hard to enjoy the arrival of Christmas when we are experiencing problems or letdowns in our life. I quite often did for a while in the last decade. I then felt relieved when Christmas came, if only because it marked the end of the upsetting period that was the run-up to Christmas.

The bad stuff's still on my mind a fair bit but I'm in a better mood, will try to further distract myself.
Hope you're all having a lovely time.

I am pleased that within a few hours you had cheered up somewhat. Christmas does end up feeling different from the period before. I lost track a little of what day of the week it was today, and Christmas Eve already feels like ages ago.
