I've noticed two major plot holes in the recent Ronnie drama.

1. Where's Matthew? Is anyone looking after him? Given how Ronnie was desperate to be a mother for like most of her time on the Square you'd think she'd have more scenes with her son.

2. So are the police just gonna forget about Ronnie then? So the corrupt police aren't hiring Vincent to be a grass anymore, yet they and Ritchie know Ronnie killed Carl. Heck most of the Square know. You'd think maybe Ritchie might have let slip - or is she also covering up too?

Who knows where Matthew is.

The cops probably have no evidence to convict Ronnie over Carl and are more interested in Phil. Ritchie doesn't know for sure Ronnie killed anyone because it was a fake arrest when Ritchie was called to help.

I think this is DTC's way to brush Carl finally under the carpet.

Honey or some imaginary baby sitter is probably looking after him.

I noticed this too. All that time desperately wanting to be a mother, and now every second line of hers is "Can you look after Matthew"?

Matthew was at the pub with her, but then she rushed off to see the car and I imagine someone random was looking after Matthew then.

We seemed to get more scenes with Matthew when Charlie had him. It's strange that he is always in the pram or just not seen when Ronnie has him

Ronnie's not concerned about the police knowing about Carl white because they don't actually have any evidence that she killed him. Someone just turning up and telling them she did it isn't going to hold up in a court of law. The

But yes she does seem to be without Matthew a lot. You would think she'd be paranoid and have him with her 24/7.

The absence of Matthew is what really gets to me. Considering Ronnie's past, you would think that the woman would be way too over protective, so we would always see him at her side.

If they wanted to go down the route of her not bonding with him and being detached from him, DTC had every opportunity to do it. Would have made much more sense actually.
