I am definitely leaving BT. Called chat online, the lady didn't know what she was doing, security answers I gave were wrong - not. So I called up, a guy told me he sorted this problem for a couple of customers today, and would do it for me. Some hope. After getting me to answer more security questions, he said I needed to make this email address my primary. I agreed for him to do this. Next minute,he tells me I must wait until I receive the pin in the post, then call to reset it. Apparently, this is how the 'merge journey' works. I can get a brilliant deal at work and, after this fiasco, I think I will take it. The reason I have not done it yet, is because it is not with BT. That very reason is exactly why I will do it. ASAP. I cannot access my btinternet email for atleast a week! Remember the High Chaparal?!
