No. I would prefer to see Anna zipped firmly up to the neck in her grubby coat.
The final score in the Manchester City supporters Corrie Babe competition round was

26 - 2 to Anna in an absolute annihilation.

Next Round is Erica Holroyd...v....Sophie Webster.

It's easy for you to say that when hiding behind the safety of the computer. But I bet if you had to meet his dangerous mates like Gemma and Macca you'd be bricking it and begging that they should go easy on you.
And here was me thinking they were only characters in a soap.

Take that back. That's my Anna you're talking about. With her milk white skin and voluptuous hair and a face lit up like a county fair. I would strangle my mother just to unzip her coat. It would reveal a shapely body as hard as Pennsylvania steel, aqquired in the gym under the expertise of her personal trainers Gary and zeedan. Her undergarments would only be the finest the knicker stitchers of underworld could produce. I can only dream of her whispering in my ear in her dulcet tone" how about a fry up love". Yes sir, strangle my mother so I would.
I thought you had gone off her now, Mr Phelan?

One of my favourite Corrie scenes ever:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1AbzxIH5NL0

Imagine recreating this scene with Michelle or Liz.
Haha fab scene! They wouldn't do that with Michelle, no ones allowed to say anything negative about her especially regarding her looks.

When Izzy went to the bar to get drugs on Wednesday she went and came back in her dinner break. Today she pulls a sickie all day but doesn't get to the bar till about 4.30 (as that is the time on the clock in the bistro) so took her at least over 7 hours. Also why are Robert and Zeedan doing the food order in the bar area in front of customers? As if?!!! And why are they always in the bar area, you would only see a chef if you asked to see them personally to thank them for some exceptional food

Jenny The Factory Cleaner seems to have disappeared.

At one point she was a permanent fixture, when she was required to be accused of stealing everything that wasn't nailed down, in the factory.

3 years jail for the photos? Nonsense, plus it takes approx 12 months to get to Crown Court

Sinead was walking to the factruh like her shoes were two sizes too big. She looked like she was waddling

And the last time I heard someone refer to hair as 'hurrrrr' was Cilla Black, and I'm 99% convinced that was an affectation too.

Why is Nick belly aching about bring fleeced for the sake of £10k? Did he not expect anyone to make him an offer? Since when do business people just pay the asking price?

If a grown adult is unaware that cheese is made of milk then they probably have special needs, which is nothing to laugh at.

You'd think Ken would be bending over backwards to give Tracy and Robert the money, not Leanne. You never know, they might even make enough money to move out.

Well this is the same idiot that thought Beth was going to die because Sinead referred to her as a hypochondriac and actually stormed his way into a doctor's office to shout about it.

Other moronic moments include him thinking unicorns exist and thinking some giant mouse was living in the back of the factory and making comments about Tom and Jerry. Kirk's stupid behaviour and crap he spouts out with is just embarrassing. How the heck does he function in everyday life? Unless of course he is putting it on.

Whilest he was never the sharpest of knives, they really are overdoing the stupid Kirk for the sake of "comedy".
It is meant to comedy isn’t it??

I wouldn't mind so much if it was hilarious, but it isnt even slightly entertaining or funny.
They are wasting two good characters in Beth and Kirk by turning them into cartoons.

Leanne seemingly arranging an appointment with her bank manager and being granted a loan within about five minutes

I'm sure Eva had a very good reason for leaving work early without asking permission, just telling them she was going? Oh, yes, to collect simon from school!

Tracy was drinking in the bistro, ken was just floating around. If he needs to be collected, why couldn't one of them do it?

But why would Simon need collecting, anyway? He's a teenager, isn't he, or close? And the school's just around the corner. Meanwhile, who was collecting Amy from school?

How long are the Connors supposed to have been in business? If you start messing around with your existing customers in order to attract a new one, doesn't he know what'll happen eventually? All his current customers will leave, and he'll have only one big customer. Guess what'll happen to prices then?

SINEAD CV

20??-: Sooooooooooouuuup maker
2014-: Factory worker
2015: Learning to walk again
2016-: Victoria secret model
2017: First commoner on space???

Everything there is to love about Corrie encapsulated in one scene.

Relatable characters, fantastic sense of humour, Hilda singing at the end.............

Jenny The Factory Cleaner seems to have disappeared.

At one point she was a permanent fixture, when she was required to be accused of stealing everything that wasn't nailed down, in the factory.
She only turns up when she's accused of something.

That Jennybradley = badd'un
Sophie: good'un

Wonder if there was a reason that we were told the stat about restaurants failing. Robert and Leanne seem to be, I assume borrowing quite a bit of money.
