Gail could just have rung Michael to tell him. What a load of codswallop. How could she take him back so soon anyway the miserable sod, he didn't even want Gail back he just had nowhere to live. He probably hadn't even had a shower since rolling out of Eileen's bed.

It was a SOR when Audrey was telling Gail how much Michael loved her - he only wants to get back with her because Horrible Eileen's given him the boot

Seriously? You dont think that maybe once she was at the hospital she asked a nurse or asked at reception where Sarah was?
would the nurses be allowed to say though? or at the very least go and ask Sarah if she wants this woman visting first?

like Sandra Bee said on another post, maternity wards are extremely security conscious, Marion could be a nutter for all they know

Aldi and Asda off to a sleepover yet again? Together? That sounds unlikely, aren't sleepovers generally for a child's classmates?

And I'm sure that children invited to sleepovers are supposed to get their parents to host them in turn : when has there ever been one at Dev's?

Tonight's episodes should have been entitled The Long Good Friday ... it just didn't get dark until the very end. So dev and erica running upstairs giggling (as they have to) through cooking dinner and getting a takeaway, tyrone finishing work, being offered the taxi job, and being called in, all happened before 6pm?

The way Eva single handedly saved the company from certain financial disaster last night had me in full admiration for her sales skills this girl is wasted on a sewing machine and needs urgently upgrading onto the staff with her own desk in the Underworld management office if they can find enough space for her.
and it was Eva that saved the O'Driscolls dinner party wasn't it? when they had karaoke and Eva sang and made the party a success. Maybe Eva could give our useless Home Secretary Theresa May a few tips.

Gail is such a weak women now. Its hard to imagine her say Norman Bates with a briefcase again. I dread to think how she will when the body is eventually discovered.
My earliest memories of Gail was this fragile, but strong-willed lass. Today she's nothing more than a jester, constantly simpering like some lovelorn teen.

It's sad to see how far Gail has regressed, when you consider the performances she put in during the Hillman saga. The Corrie writers have tried to reinvent Gail's character to keep her fresh (bit like Deirdre with added comedy), but for some reason she comes across as desperate and needy. Why did they make her wed again, especially to a self-pitting boor like Michael? Why does Gail happily let David and others ride roughshod over her? David calling her by her first name was cute back then, but ¬___¬ now.

And it's not just Gail that the writers have no clue about. Blackburn has ruined Kylie's character, and let the Platts go from the strongest family to the most disenfranchised. Nick with brain damage, David and Kylie constanly breaking up, Max's ADHD fit, bratty Bethany, Sarah turning up out of the blue and pregnant within a few months...........storylines which haven't done them any favours.

Don't know where we are with this tedious Carla v Tracy clash. It's no Ken/Mike, or dare I say it, even Tracy/Karen. Unoriginal and dragged out.

Why don't David and Kylie just paint over the cupboards?

Water based acrylic paint wouldn't be that hard to remove anyway it would just wash off with warm soapy water.

Aldi and Asda are twins and I presume they are in the same class so a classmate could have invited the two of them over. I don't really mind kids being out of the picture as long as there is some reason given. It's when they have everyone from a family and all their usual sitters are out in the pub and no mention is made of the who is minding the kids that I find it odd.

Sorry folks dont want to play at internet police here but this topic is about SOR, and there are more than enough of them.

if you want to discuss people going missing for months on end could you please create a new thread. Thanks

And everyone downing copious amounts of wine before dusk (which is currently about 6.15) Michelle and Carla on the red as per usual and Audrey and Gail on the white. And why oh why if Michelle is supposedly snowed under runnng 3 businesses (ha ha) could the writers not at least have her in a couple of scenes at the taxi office. I don't recall ever seeing her there

Why would Tracy have Nicks phone number?

How did Tracy know what Carla's text was about Carla barely looked at it herself?

Why didn't Carla just lamp Tracy one when they were alone in the street together, since it is obvious Tracy is going to tell Nick at some point anyway?

I dont think it is easy to paint over melamine, and it was on the worktops too. I think it was spray paint rather than the poster paint they used with the children.

He was her nephew's stepfather, and she has known him all her life, so it is reasonable she should have his number, but you would think she would have to scroll down a bit for it.

Programmes like' Changing Rooms' used to things like that and it looked dreadful.

The simplest answer is to have the doors and worktops replaced. The companies that do this stick vinyl which matches the doors over end panels. Still quite expensive (we had it done), but cheaper and less disruptive than having cupboards with nothing wrong with them replaced as well - you don't have to empty the cupboards.. Obviously the flooring will have to be replaced.

Money doesn't seem to be a problem for them.

It was normal poster paint not spray paint as they were seen squeezing it out of plastic bottles so it would just wash off with warm soap water and a scrubbing brush.

They had got hold of the spray paint in Craigs bag while his girlfriend was upstairs .

the children actors used poster paint, but it was implied to be spray paint with the sound effects and Max had a mask on

and it would wash off the washing machine I guess

so new kitchen, dig up the foundation to lay new pipes, ooh look something smelly wrapped in a duvet wonder what that is?

just a thought

If that was the case then a bit of paint on the cupboards and floor would be the least of their problems they would have been suffering from the effects of inhaling the paint fumes so it obviously wasn't spray paint.

It wasn't just Max though was it, Lilly was there too with just a dummy in her mouth, do dummies also double up as face masks to prevent paint fume inhalation too ?

Craig and the girlfriend probably had a mask each in the bag, but it is very unlikely that a nine year old would scribble all over the kitchen.
