Tracy and Todd were inexlicably 'working' in the florists for all of 30 seconds then were at the Bistro where the total workforce was except for notgavin who had gone to a stag do?!?!?

Mrs Nazir was conducting a very weird Easter egg hunt at the community centre. I think the only point of that was to remind us that it was indeed Easter because there was no warmth, humour or point to the couple of minutes of the scene.

Streetcars was business as usual with the dreadful PP following Eileen about.

Michelle returned from a short trip to see Steve and we had to be reminded that she is very much in demand as a hot business woman and was needed at Street Cars (never been seen in the place), had to look at the Rovers accounts and of course her fabulously successful Wedding Planning Business (all on Bank Holiday). No idea of the timeline but the poor woman who has entrusted her nuptials to Michelle arrived at the pub pretty soon after the phone call and was offered coffee, so presumably the Rovers wasn't officially open .. or was it ? The door was open.

Why was David in the kebab place on a Bank Holiday morning?

Why is Gemma even in the programme?

As has been said earlier, the new Bistro sign was an insult to the intelligence of the audience and whoever wrote that pile of shite should be hauled over the coals and the firing finger pointed.”

^^^ This.

If that's the case it could be possible that it will be stopped, or maybe I just dreamed everything, because Monday didn't make sense anyway.”

I think Nick and Robert went to the solicitors in last Fridays episodes and sorted the paperwork etc

Which was Good Friday when I suspect most solicitors offices were closed.

of course solicitors take their paperwork to the golf course should a random client turn up

which is the other corry rule

all people with important jobs are members of golf clubs and go there on bank holidays

what was the point of Kyle and kids being later for the easter egg hunt

And why does Robert want to keep the "Nick's Bistro" signage anyway?!
I'd understand if it was a general name like "La Bistro" or something above the door but it's strange that he wants to keep the former owner's name

Maybe for Goodwill purposes. Remember a few months ago they had an article in the local paper saying how good they are. He would obviously like people to remember the name.

I imagine there were loads of guys in all the school years interested in her, who wouldn't be?

I wouldn't. I mean if I was in her school year. And a boy.

The actress is beautiful and seems quite jolly but Michelle's constant sighing and armfolding drives me up the wall.

Michelle huffs and puffs because she's got "three businesses to run"...all she's done is faff about in the bar! Has she ever done a hard days work in her life?

Come on, be fair.
It must be very hard work applying all that make-up and sticking her backside and her boobs out to look sexy. Which she doesn't in my opinion.

Holidays vary from area to area and I know of quite a few schools where the kids had the Easter weekend off before going back to school for 4 days. Most of these have 2 weeks off starting from next week.

What sort of schools are they? I've never heard of such a thing.

Liz runs the pub.
Tim runs the cab office (well, do we ever see Michelle in there?)
She set up this wedding planning business but does nothing but moan.

Let's face it though, she wouldn't have any of these things if it wasn't for the fact she is with Steve (you know, the one that is meant to be lucky he has her?) She relies on either him or Carla to go around acting like businesswoman of the year.

Maybe I misremembered, but hadn't Liz already met Michelle's old school friend the other night? Why was she being introduced to him again?

Well, she clearly hasn't been running them for the past 6/7 months because all I've ever seen her do is stand behind the bar in the Rovers or sit swilling wine and listen to Carla and her latest problem.

Michelle has never been seen planning a wedding or even mentioned it for ages. She's never been seen in Streetcars but Liz has and Liz must help in the Rovers. It's her pub innit? But Steve's due back and all of her sudden she's rushed off her feet and conveniently a blast from the past turns up. Will Michelle will soon decide she needs some 'me' time with blast from the past?

And since when did Liz McDonald - the owner of the Rovers have to tiptoe around Michelle Connor?

Liz met the bride-to-be, but not the man I think. It was Sean and Kate in the bar when the man showed up the first time.

Speaking of Sean we didn't see his smug face tonight. Thank goodness for that, Michelle was enough.

The programme doesn't exactly discourage it with thirty year old Bethany running around in a St Trinians costume!
