A big SOR in my opinion was Michelle leading Will upstairs by the hand. She has never been to their house before so how does she know the layout? Also in a house that size there could have been a bedroom or 2 downstairs.

Yeah - that SoR stood out a mile!

Surely a door that size would warrant a bell or knocker? I'm surprised Will heard Michelle's tentative little knock in such a cavernous house! He must have been standing behind the door

Michelle looked tiny stood next to that door. All the residents of Coronation St could have stood side by side next to that door and there still would have been plenty of room left over

Phelan managing to cause all that mess and disruption to the Community Centre apparently in near silence as nobody walking past could hear it.”

Nobody walking past saw it either but guess who was coming out of the kebab shop just as Phelan left?

Observations from tonight

- Sophie is usually lurking like a predatory spider in the garage, ready to catch Kate coming out of the factory. Tonight, as luck would have it, she was handily in the street outside Roy's ready to catch them arriving....
- Caz saying about how she was literally having to be spoon fed as she had a fractured ankle. Does she hold her cutlery with her feet?
- Rita referred to Freshco as "Fresco"
- How often do folks go to Audrey's and come out with the same hair they went in with? Tonight Michelle went upstairs for 10 minutes and managed to completely change her hair!
- Will's front door was so huge that part of it moved outwards when the main part opened inwards!

the door is a representation of the huge plot hole and massive SOR that this storyline is

Spoiler
Next week Saskia finds Michelle's earring in her bedroom. So after she's dealt with Will, she goes round to the Rovers and kicks the sh!t out of her. Not that I condone violence of course.

I nearly threw something at the TV when Caz got out of the car just as Sophie was walking down the street. Then there was Sophie coming out of the house just as Kate walked past. It's getting silly. How many chance meetings between Sophie and Kate/Caz now? It's rivalling Chesney and Katy/Ryan for most recycled scene ever.

So I take it Michelle and Will didn't actually do the deed or can we expect another who's the father storyline?

Whenever someone's up to something (and even when they're not up to something) there's always a co-incidental someone else walking ast/seeing what's happened - except when Phelan breaks into the community centre and trashes it to stop the meeting. Then he has the brass neck to offer to fix it for "mates rates".

1. Is no-one really suspicious except for Todd?

2. Why couldn't they ask if they could use the factory or the cafe (they had the political campaign meeting there) as it was evening and just direct everyone there?

For how long can Phelan con everyone in the street? He has to have a shelf life.

I would like Phelan to become a regular character he livens the street up and generally makes it way more interesting so what if he's a bit dodgy.

"A bit dodgy"????? That's got to be the understatement of both this century and the last one.

It doesn't mean just because the song came out in 1984 you can't hear it a few years later, it's a popular song you still hear it on the radio now

Well he fits the qualities that quite a few builders have, do a little bit of damage and then charge the person to put it right.

Phelan and Todd were the only thing good about last nights double bill.

But they don't operate machinery. They buy bras in bulk from Primark and sit there unpicking them.

Be good if Todd and Phelan would team up to scam and scheme against a few of the streets regulars.
