Then if Alex is Cathy's husband's son, then he is entitled to a quarter share in his father's estate, if there was no will leaving everything to Cathy.”
I dont think children automatically get a share, do they? I thought everything goes to the spouse unless the will says otherwise?

Do some research on the horrors that abused children go through. And then think about how admirable that 'actor' is. There is some horrific footage out there- sorry to be so serious and depressive, but this means such a lot to me.”
People can admire someone for doing a job that is difficult for most people, despite their differences, and care about abused children too.

Schools now take child protection very seriously and any sign of abuse are reported to the social services and the police who do their best. However, some cases slip the net due to government cuts and staffing shortages as in the cases of Victoria Climbie, Baby P. and Daniel Pelka. Funny how successful child protection issues are never in the news papers.”
How can they be? The courts are "closed" and so you can only speak about and identify a child when they are dead. (and not always then, even)
