I don't think it matters TBH given that the electricity hadn't really failed, it was just an illusion that needed to be given to the family members who didn't know what was going on and anyone who happened to see them going in or coming out of the bistro. Not sure how Nick rigged the power failure but if he just removed a few fuses, they could still have had lighting in the cellar which presumably no-one would be able to see from the street.
Nice of Robert to be so relaxed about it all, he didn't even query the food in the fridges or freezers, let alone the loss of income, reputational damage etc. Will Nick have to deflect an insurance claim as well? If I was Robert, I'd have taken a load of food home to eat whilst he waited for the 'repairs'. Where
does he live BTW?
