re anna: has anybody bothered to contact Eddie considering he's her ex, they parted on good terms and he seems a decent enough bloke to be concerned about what's happened

Anna has a plaster over wedding ring in keeping with hospital policy. But why is she still wearing a wedding ring? Eddie and Anna split up years ago. Since then she's been with Owen, now she's with Kevin and Eddie and Anna were never married anyway!

Yes. Don't they have a sort of cage thing if someone has burns. Maybe the burns are as bad as that. We never were told how bad the burns were, just that it would be 'years' to recover.
Didnt the doctor say they would be taking skin off Annas back for her legs?? So no cage on her legs and lying her flat on her back as well.

Only if she was having an operation then they would more than likely ask her to remove them.

I can't see the point of the plastic bags the (many) visitors are wearing - it can't be a hygiene thing, because the remainder of the visitors' clothes are uncovered.

Watching Eva wearing yet another outfit and made-up to the nines.

It seems to be a standard thing in soaps nowadays for the outfits the characters wear to be totally alien to their standard of living but, in Eva's case, we could be forgiven for thinking she goes on set wearing the clothes she was wearing when she arrived for filming.

Are we going to have ANOTHER story whereby the characters believe a drifter over a long-term resident?? Why didn't Kate just play the clip, just put it on loudspeaker if you're worried about Maria deleting evidence, silly moo!!

They probably would have played the clip but realised when the actress that played Caz recorded it it was even worse that her normal crap acting.
Standard Corrie fodder now, isn't it?

... and don't start me off about Caz's wooden acting - awful!

I noticed this the other night when the soaps were celebrating Halloween... How come no one has a £7.99 outfit from a local supermarket?? They all have something on that would cost a small fortune and dont even get me started on the makeup ...everyone seems to have their very own personal scary makeup artist

This seems to be the case whenever there's any dressing up to be done - the clothes and make-up are professional enough to outshine a West End musical!

Thats because they get a discount from the high class fancy dress business in Leeds that's run by the Emmerdale Exec. Producer's wife!

I made the same point a few years ago about Emmerdale
every time the Woolie had a fancy dress,

Indeed, happens there as well, everyone always has professional elaborate costumes and get right into it regardless of age or personality.

The only people who don't wear a costume are those seen as miserable like Norris or in Emmerdale's case Pollard.

Now I know I've been slapped down before about the strong Corrie women and the use of their surnames, but why is Maria known as Mrs Connor to the police when she has apparently married again.

Michelle has married a Macdonald but is still known as Meemeemee Connor
Liz has been divorced for years but it's still Macdonald
Tracy has been married to Robert but is now back to Barlow

Am I making a mountain out of a molehill? Does it matter? Shall I have another drink?

No - but that doesn't stop you having a drink

I thought Les Dennis was better tonight......usually his acting is pretty woeful.

And he certainly was when I saw him in a play at the theatre.

But tonight his acting seemed better......

Les Dennis's acting works for me, and I like the character Michael, but

Why has the tables suddenly turned with Kate regarding Caz now? Months ago, she was going out of her way to be vile to Caz and now she's acting like Caz is a saint who would never lie or manipulate anyone? It was her and Sophie that first said she was "sick in the head." You'd think she'd be on Maria's side straight away. And ugh, Fiz.

I think Kate has been entranced by Caz's supreme acting skills.

This is just a guess, but I'm putting it in the spoiler tags just in case.
