I *think* it's because Caz liked Maria more than just as a friend and because Maria knocked her back she's become the "woman scorned".

I don't know why Rhea Bailey still isn't working as Caz because she was aOK in The Bill.

Tonight's Corrie -

Spoiler
After her clients desert Maria, fearful that she is a murderer, she lashes out at Tyrone and Michelle. Meanwhile, Anna admits to Gary that she's finished with Kevin, and the mechanic tells David he'll never forgive him for Anna's injuries.

Maria confesses to the police about her sham marriage, but insists she's telling the truth about Caz. Meanwhile, David threatens to visit Anna in hospital so Gail offers to go instead, worried her son might come clean about his crash, and Yasmeen is floored by Sharif's cowardly desertion.

I think you're right, but it does seem a completely OTT reaction in the light of the things Maria did for her. And the storyline requires Caz to be not just cunning, but very ingenious in carrying out her plan of revenge - though we've seen little possibility of this in Caz so far.

I am surprised the clients stick around in the first place as the staff would rather gossip about their private lives than speak to them.

And do the clients not realise they attend a salon connected to the most messed up family ever? But yeah, Maria being falsely accused puts them off.

So Caz is missing and the police don't look at local CCTV where she is hiding in plain sight?

You would have thought that Maria charged at Michelle like a bull in a china shop the way Michelle reacted. All she did was lightly push her away.

Why was Caz in Maria's flat Why didn't Maria have the locks changed? And why has Caz put her blood on Maria's scissors? All that proves is that Caz has recently been in Maria's flat.

Every time Michelle is Corrie do we have to have her in some situation where we are all meant to feel sorry for her?

Poor Michelle.
Poor Michelle.
Aww.
Aww.
Poor Michelle.

And why does Robert always have to be there?

Precisely. The police did a thorough search of the flat a few days ago. Why would there be fresh blood on a pair of scissors today when Maria was meant to have done Caz in already and how would the police have missed them in their previous search

Is it easy to tell how old the blood is? I imagine it deteriorates at a set rate or something?
The whole Caz story is daft and confusing.

Can Caz teleport, how does she manage to get inside Maria's house without anyone seeing her. Caz stabbing herself again, would Maria really leave scissors coated in her 'victims' blood. Soap police are crap.

Rob just so happens to be there when Maria 'pushes' Michelle and Zeedan's fiance just has to make a ridiculous comment about him being like the father. Then you have Eva being the ever so irritating good friend so when whatever Maria/Aiden have going on comes out it can create more drama.

Goodness me, this whole 'Crazy Caz' storyline couldn't get anymore dafter.

Maria's clients have run off, yet some are happy to be served by an mentalist responsible for a fire that has left one with serious burns, and god knows what else.

Caz has left more evidence of 'fresh' blood, so if/when Maria finds the scissors on her table shouldn't she call the police? Otherwise the filth haven't done their job correctly because they should've noticed changes to the flat. Did they even bother searching her property in the salon, given she works with sharp objects?

Maria took her hairdressing kit after she spoke to David, but she never went into the flat. It wasn't until after she spoke to the police did she return home. So how did it end up on the table for Caz to use?

Why haven't the police looked into Caz's backstory. She went AWOL you stupid coppers!!

Why did Robert go all the way to the Rovers for some 'lemons'..............liquor I understand, but Dev's is just across the road. Silly way of having him 'comfort' Michelle.

Who is looking after Jack BTW???

Love the top comment on this FB post. Corrie really need an archivist!!

Was the ITV Continuity Announcer asleep, when the break came in the first episode tonight? Waking up, realising it was the break and thought it was the end of the episode to announce the second part would be on in half an hour !

When Michelle went to the doctor, why didn't she ring Steve (where was he?). Where was Liz? When Steve and Michelle were sitting on the bench together, who was running the pub, as Robert had gone?

Yes this announcement had me confused, I thought that the episode must have been so scintillating that it whizzed by in a flash

Is Caz really expecting the police to believe 2cm of blood on a safe rounded pair of scissors killed her. Well done Maria for giving the police a motive.

Does anyone know anything about webcams?

How did Caz fix it in the top corner of the room?

How is it powered? Is it battery or is it electric? I suspect the latter and why didn't any one see the cable running up the wall?

Where did Caz get the laptop from? If she bought it on Maria's card why hasn't Maria been keeping check on purchases and why hasn't she cancelled the card?

Will Maria go to jail for her fake marriage?

Does Aidan have feelings for Maria?

Maria's lucky she didn't get a life sentence on the spot for daring to push our Michelle, the nation's Queen of Hearts
Also, thought it was cruel of the writers to have Aiden tucking into a sausage sarnie at the start of the episode with him ready to burst out of his unflattering tight shirts. Thought Eva was going to quip that he should join her healthy eating plan.

I thought the same. She picked them up in the salon and then they magically appeared in her flat

Also, where is Caz staying? I presume its local I thought she was homeless

Ah, so that's what happened!

I thought I was going mad, as thinking it was the end of the first episode, I started the washing up and then I heard a character's voice coming from the front room so went back in to see it was back on!

Good to know my marbles are still intact (just).

Somebody did say that Sean was coming in soon. Thank goodness he didn't

Not to forget Aiden asking Maria (can't remember precisely which episode) if she wanted a doggy bag. Yeah - good choice of words after the heartbreak of dear Ozzie, the only worthwhile actor in the whole sham

So is that the end of Sharif then?

People have started to ask Phelan about progress. They know the location why not just go round and have a look from the outside themselves?
