Eileen goes to the doctors and gets her ears syringed straight away. As far as I'm aware doctors like you to put olive oil in your ears for a few days before syringing to soften the wax up.

Neither actress can help their legs but Eva's legs are regularly on show more than anyone else as if to show they are lovely. Leanne is bandy and Eva just looks clumsy when she's walking about and doesn't have very good legs anyway. Beth has better legs than Eva. Yet it's Eva we are meant to admire. Maria and Sarah have really good legs though.


Anyone else would have put those balloons down and got the customer a pint. Michelle Connor has always been a law unto herself and doesn't seem to have to be polite to customers let alone serve them! Mind you, the Rovers staff have been a rude, ignorant bunch over the last few years.

Eileen's 'deafness' - in the pub with Phelan & Vinnie, she was unable to hear Vinnie answer Phelan because he had his back to her but last night, Eileen was in her living room and Phelan spoke to her from the kitchen but she heard him OK and when he came out of the kitchen the conversation went immediately to her 'deafness'.

I am rather confused with the Phelan story. Are they just taking 15K off each potential buyer? And if so they have had these deposits by now haven't they? So why keep up the pretence, why have they not buggered off as soon as they got the deposits? Not that a few 15K's between them would get them far!!

Also how come Eileen isn't at all suspicious? She has got this role of designing the interiors or such like. So why hasn't she asked to see what is going on with them?

Not funny at all but actually quite possible when you think about it. I have no idea how these CCTV webcams work but if it's motion activated it may very well have recorded her stabbing herself. Good thought.

They're trying to sell each flat many times over, so far more £15ks should be coming in than there are flats but yes, you'd expect time to be running out now and more people should asking about progress and wanting to see the site and how the flats are coming on, including Eileen.

I would expect most, if not all, of those involved would have been exciited about the prospect of ownership - Alex is a prime example - and would, at least, have wanted to see the location and, having done so, wondered at the lack of activity.

Sean is even worse even to the point of rudely telling customers to wait as he is listening to the latest gossip or being lovely dovey with Silly Billy.......and the customers meekly accept it. As if.

Perhaps this obligatory accepted rudeness is why we see so many customers behind the bar - it is the only way they and others can get served
