I'm also sick of the Barlows. That family is full of mini-meees.

Surely Simon will soon become a drunk and a womanizer. Then there'll be Tracy and Amy who will be sneering. Adam will be asking for his usual cigars, driving his red jag and drinking whisky. But best of all I can't wait till Corrie's no 1 pompous ars3 - Sir Kenneth gets home and starts pontificating with Daniel over literature and all things pertaining to culture.

And I say that as someone who likes literature!

Yes. Well. I have got a degree in Eng Lit and a PGCE! So I am Sir Kenneth's equal!

But I'm not a boring old fart like him. Corrie treat Sir Kenneth like he's the oracle.

Oh Hell! Eileen and Gail on a manhunt. More fighting Eileen and Gail style?

London.

I do love a West End musical and to show how cultured I am, next time I'm in town I shall be seeing panto at the Palladium starring Paul O'Grady and Julian Clary.

Roll on December!

BiB

Probably the worst actor in any soap.

Correction. Definitely the worst actor on TV.

Even the meerkats have more personality than him.

Makes me laugh how just a few weeks ago fish wife Anna was a human fire ball and after a week in hospital she has been sent home and is able to go hobbling around the street playing detective, looks like she has had no visits from nurses or doctors, I am sure in reality she would be in hospital much longer.

Can't believe that somebody as dodgy as Pat Phelan would have a phone without a lock screen and would be so careless to put his phone down for a few seconds and then forget it when he walked out. You know full well in the Street that if somebody leaves their phone laying around it won't be locked and somebody will snoop through your messages, you won't find a well to do citizen to find out who it belongs to and return, or hand it in at the establishment it was left.

How unrealistic was the whole Michael turning up at the site at night time? Would dogs as fearful looking as Pinky and Perky just run off down the street, they would have made sure Michael couldn't enter the site and would have tore him limb from limb. Then the delivery of £30,000 of tiles turning up at that time of night, did Michael actually unload them? There would have been a mile of pallets that would have to be taken off, would need to fire up the forklift for that, can't imagine the driver taking them all off with his tail lift.

I must confess I have actually enjoyed this story line (one of very few over the last few years) but that's not to say there has not been a lot of plot holes and unrealistic happenings. For all Phelans supposed hardman routine he was knocked over easily by the chair Michael threw at him.

This may be wrong but I really can't stand Eileen so really hope Phelan gets away and leaves her to pick up the pieces.

I hope he dumps Eileen but stays on the street. I don't want Phelan to go.

There's also Roy's Rolls and The Chippy and does the community centre provide food at all?

Never mind the Chippy and Roy's. His first call should be the kebab shop to inspect that meat on the rotisserie to check for Salmonella and Campylobacter etc.

And while he's about it he should check the store room to see if Gemma's dirty knickers and indeed dirty Gemma herself have infected owt.

Corrie seem to have smartened up Cathy. She's definitely looking a lot less greasy and generally mucky. Perhaps she heard that Brian, the environmental inspector was due to visit! Or perhaps word has got to Corrie that Cathy is considered to be a mess and so they've tidied her up a bit!!!

Not seen Pepper Pig or read but perhaps that's where the Corrie writers get their ideas!

And he told his neighbour he was going to Hawaii! Wherever he's going it was bl@@dy obvious he was definitely obvious he was absconding with all the dosh.

Wonder if those tiles can be returned? That would repy Rita and Sarah's deposits. But what about poor Jason?

They wouldn't have been paid for, a respectable company like Vinny & Phelan would get them on credit.
The supplier will just take them back and Rita & co. can whistle!

They were paid for by Eileen with money from the bank account.

£30,000 is a fair whack - didn't Jason have about £60,000? And as far as we have seen only about 3 people on the street have paid their £15,000 deposit So just how much was left in the kitty for Vinnie to make off with?
