Charge of murder based on what exactly, a missing person, blood stain on wall, rug and blood on a pair of scissors and hearsay over one sided telephone call, all of which is pretty circumstantial to say the least, if the police believe Maria killed Caz where do they imagine that she did it and how do they even know the blood is Caz's?
