In reality, we receive Christmas cards on various days in the run-up to Christmas. In Corrie, they go from zero to say 30 Christmas cards overnight, and we see residents' houses with no increase in cards as we approach the big day.

I think it was clear Aidan was protesting too much after the one night stand - on one didn't regret it as much as he said he did. I do think he genuinely like Maria but he's confused, doesn't want to hurt Eva and so is handling it completely wrong.

She always reminds me of Lily Savage. It's her grimacing. lip curling and face pulling that does it and being far too 'done up'.
