The multiple married ladies can choose which name their wish to use. Why shouldn't they? You can be known by any name you wish and in any case, why should it be different for men and women? Men don't change their surnames when they marry.

Hi, sorry to take this thread off course but someone will know the answer to this! A couple of months ago I wanted to find some information re. a couple of old episodes and I mean old, 1985! I ended up finding them and watching them, but now I can't for the life of me remember where I looked to find them again. I have the episode numbers and I thought I watched them on YouTube, but when I do a search nothing positive comes up. Maybe it wasn't YouTube. Can anyone assist please?

I seem to recall former factory boss and villain Tony Gordon trying to ruin Kevin's business (as Tony wanted ownership of the Kabin and garage to expand the factory) and used his henchman Jimmy Dockerson to try and steal his clients. There was an episode where Kevin's tow truck ended up being nicked.

Yes, the writers will find some loophole to make Adam the new factory boss (or yet another addition to the overcrowded office). Don't forget this is the same show where Tracy got off with murder after only serving three years of her sentence.

If you are on Firefox, go to "History" in the top menu, then you can search on whatever pages you have looked at. Depending on your settings (and assuming you've not used Private Browsing) the list you can search on should go back for months!

In IE, click on the Star to show favourites and history. FF allows you to search via a dialog box, whereas IE seems to just rely on scrolling through a list

Yes but it didn't stop them doing the contrived nonsense of Adam the cigar and the going into the factory finding the bottle of whisky when he rocked up on the street a few weeks or so ago did it, so if any one needs to move on it's the Corrie bosses.

My IE history list goes back to 05/08/2016 and there are literally thousands of items on there. The problem is I just can't remember how long ago it was; I just wish I could recall where I found the episodes in the first place.

One of the episodes I was watching featured Ian Bleasdale, probably better known for playing paramedic Josh in Casualty. In the early part of 1985 he played the part of David Millward, the jealous husband of Christine Millward, a fashion designer who he thought was having an affair with Mike Baldwin. Bleasdale's appearance in the programme is not credited on IMDB, which is what I was trying to correct.

Christine Millward was played by former actress Julie Shipley, which is where it becomes more difficult as regards the episode number. IMDB shows her appearances as being in episodes 2475 and 2476, listed as 9th and 14th January 1985 respectively, whereas Corriepedia shows them as 2482 and 2485, with dates as 14th and 23rd January. So there's an error somewhere!
