Has Phelan moved back into Eileen's bedroom as I thought he got consigned to Sean's old room after Vinny did a runner with the flat money?
Yes, they are all lovey dovey again, in fact they are engaged!
Who is currently living at Eileen's?

Eileen and Phelan sharing one bedroom upstairs after she forgave him?

Presumably Todd and Billy in the other.

Leaves Sean's bed in the downstairs front room vacant for Shona.

For once it appears that Eileen;s house isn't bursting at the seams - or have I forgotten someone?

Ooops! Ayrshire Lass's post wasn't up when I posted.
Yes, loads of room there at the moment for new lodgers.

I wonder if they will get the wonderful and lucky to have Michelle and her pink folder to help plan their wedding for them?

Yes indeed and Eileen must consider herself very fortunate that Phelan chose her when he could have had the pick of any woman on the street.

He's only interested in what he can con out of people. Wonder why he didn't target Rita or Audrey - they're worth far more than Jason was. He certainly couldn't pick from the attractive, younger women, who definitely wouldn't be interested in an old, unattractive person like him. Jenny's gone for an older man, but he's got money, unlike Phelan.

I've yet to meet an estate agent who would come round a remove their 'For Sale' signs so quickly!
we brought a place in 2003 and asked the agent to take the sign down
in 2004 we took it down ourselves and stuck it in the back yard
in 2008 i phoned them up and asked them if they would like their sign back
it was still there when we moved out in 2012

Her history of dead husbands is enough to put any bloke off, I believe she has her own section at the cemetery for them.

She also doesn't own the house and can't have any money because she only cleans part time in the Bistro - if she even does that now. So nothing to con her out of and therefore not of interest to him.

I know I've said this before but if she's not now appearing for a few episodes why on earth couldn't they have had her go to SA for say a week or two and then suddenly come back and say 'hello' to Norris. It would still be a surprise return.

The story makes no sense whatsoever. She had a ticket - at least go and get to know son and daughter-in-law and see something of another country, even for week. Mary is supposed to have love travelling, so why she wouldn't take advantage of such a trip is utterly mind-boggling. But then, that's Corrie for you always more questions than answers

There has to be more to this. I just can't get my head around why they would write what they have and then just drop it with no ramifications at all.
Why do I always have to be the bearer of bad news. There is no more to it I'm sorry to tell you. I'm sorry if I come across as blunt but that's it.

Whatever happened to those tiles they would surely have some value another conveniently forgotten item no longer needed for a story so made to disappear.

I can't understand how they've all accepted losing £15k deposits with no mention of it. In reality people would be getting together, seeing solicitors/police/CAB and certainly discussing it in the pub.

Yeah they all just had a little whinge about it, shrugged it off and have said no more, don't seem to be that bothered so why should Phelan or anyone be punished for it if they are that blasé about it.

Should be a warning buyer beware

Does the Eileen work at all....Oh yes recal now she is occasional on the phone in the mini cab office,
I noted she does not phone her other son anymore,

Don't estate agents sub-contract to signage people anyway, at least they do round here so the estate agent wouldn't be removing the sign anyway.

Anyway I'm sure Phelan wouldn't object to bunking up with Shona if the need arose, he's always up for doing someone a favour the caring sharing bloke that he is, mind you he better keep anything valuable hidden.
Hope not, as according to what I read upthread

Spoiler

Of course, that might not be true!

having arranged to have his hire casr stolen and chatted about it on his mobile with a mate, his credit card was refused in the Rovers and he's obviously broke. Gives all the indications that he' another wrongun. Just what the street could do with. Yawn.

Definitely living up to ITV's own description that it's "the story of the everyday lives of ordinary folk living in a northern town called Weatherfield."
I now, and yet Billy apparently stank after one day of it

This is pure shit ahh I mean bliss. The producer is spoiling us with a double header. First the Christmas festival of fine fare and now a wedding with two w*****s (your terminology not mine) who could ask for anything more. Kate Oates delivers what we demand. Quantity over quality. And lots of it. She seems to be up for it but are we.
