Town. But you're right where ever it is, it's split into wards. ! think you're probably right about nominations etc., so wonder why Corrie have started on this SL so early? Clearly, Corrie are not bothered about the procedures or couldn't just be @rsed to find out. It seems quite easy to find the info. If anyone's interested there's some here:
