Well if Staceys baby is called Arthur then it is more likely that Fatboy is in the boot and will be killed off and also it will be confusing for people especially Dot when she visits baby Arthur when she always calls Fatboy Arthur But im hoping that he is not in the boot and he can come back into the show

That's probably the point. There's that whole 'one dies, another one born' thing that people say. So perhaps this is EE's way of saying this. An Arthur has just been born so another one is going to die.

I think he's going to die, but he's leaving/has left either way so this isn't really an issue?

Though at one point in Bryan Kirkwood's EastEnders, there was Billy Mitchell and Billie Jackson (admittedly the latter was killed off...).

All the references to Arthur make me miss the original and best Arthur on the show, the great Arthur Fowler.
