EastEnders: I'm confused...
The Queen Vic
26-12-2015
We saw Fatboy walk away from the Hubbards on Christmas Eve, and it felt like his exit. He told Vincent if he ever hurt Mrs B he'd come back and he walked away... Claudette said he wanted to put things right? Why did Fatboy come back?

Is this a major flaw in the story or did I miss something?

Some people are thinking Claudette put him in the boot and sent it off to the scrapyard, to perhaps frame Ronnie. She knew Ronnie was up to something, she noticed in the Albert. She could have sent Fats to go get some ice and the goons got Fats when he was driving, then she moved the car to the scrapyard - would explain her absence.

I hope that is the reason because anything else just sounds stupid.

I'm getting fed up with off screen stuff though.

This is what I think.

Her story about Fatboy returning makes no sense at all. Fats going to get some ice doesn't fit at all with his exit scene...

Did Claudette kill Fatboy ??

It doesn't make sense, for that to happen surely?

Let's say for instance that Claudette knew of Ronnies plan, but intercepted it somehow to frame Ronnie for the murder of Fatboy.. You still have to remember that those same goons took the car to get crushed, meaning that there's next to no evidence of any murder.. Same reason Vincent proceeded to crush the car... To protect Ronnie..

Claudette knew Ronnie was up to somethink so it will probably be revealed that she gave the car to Fatboy for some reason
