I've had enough of this pathetic, psycho bitch. I don't want to see her having her happy romance with Jack. I want her dead or behind bars.

I think she's dreadful. I can't stand watching her.

I'm done with Ronnie. We are supposed to feel sorry for her aren't we? I'm not interested in her and Jack.

I think it's interesting that it's been flipped on her - I can see her trying to turn her life around in order to save her relationship with Jack, unknowing that she has actually killed again

I hope there is some major comeuppance in store for her, but as she's a Mitchell, probably not. She is an out and out villain as far as I'm concerned and not even an entertaining one.

She needs to die or go to prison at this point. Her actions caused the death of someone wholly innocent.

I agree. She needs proper punishment but that won't happen with DTC around.

I've lost any sympathy or empathy I've ever had for her.

Even when she stole Kat's baby, which was very controversial among some viewers, I still had some sympathy for her plight. What she did was truly unforgivable and I was totally understanding towards Kat's condemnation of her. However I could at the very least feel for her (to some extent) regardless of how sensationalised that plot was.... but I can't say I've sympathized or empathized with any of her actions since. She is a cold and calculated character who I just don't care for.

She's an absolute joke of a character who ran her course about five years ago.

She was good under Santer but she's rubbish now. She's not believable or sympathetic at all, her writing is inconsistent and she lurches from one personality and mental state to another without it ever making sense. She deprives her son of a father figure for no reason at all and tried to have Vincent killed. Poor Fatboy is dead instead. She tries to act bad ass but is always weeping and needs to be 'protected' by Vincent which she doesn't deserve.

She's not cool or bad ass or complex or entertaining. She's badly written, pathetic and disgusting.

She does not deserve even a shred of happiness and I won't be rooting for her ever again.

Ronnie has wounded by life. She's switched off her emotions because she's been hurt so much

She's empty, a shell

Which makes her unpredictable and highly entertaining

She's mesmerising to watch

You have NO TASTE in characters

Seems to be the 'in thing'to hate everything these days

While there may be something in what you say, she has gone too far.

She tried to get Vincent killed in cold blood which resulted in the death of someone innocent who had nothing to do with the situation. She also frightened Charlie into going abroad, thus depriving Matthew of a father.

She's an overmilked spent force akin to depleted uranium.

You misunderstand

She asked the hit men to rough up Vincent a little bit to scare him

Claudette is the architect of FatBoys death

Lame comment. 'I'm right and you're wrong' posts need the eye rolling smilie.

I don't find her mesmerising in the slightest. The actress seems bored of Ronnie too judging by her lacklustre performances and I don't blame her. The writing is rubbish.

It's not been a good return for the character, she has been ruined.

If the hitman was only supposed to "rough Vincent up" an got Fatboy instead then why put him in the car boot? Any idiot knows someone would suffocate in there, not to mention sending the car to a crusher.

Well I disagree

Sam is playing the cold ice queen brilliantly

She's shut down emotionally

Do you really believe that? This is Ronnie who has form. She knew fine well what she was doing but messed up big time. She probably only said that to stop Roxy and Jack doing one. She must be on limited time now. Although the way DTC and Alex Lamb fangirl over her she will be safe under them.

I think we're all gettin too wrapped up in the politics behind the soaps rather than what's happening on screen

I detest when series producers and writers etc are focused on in discussion.

Like they're not allowed to have favourite characters

I for one am in NO rush to see villains get there comeuppance

I don't care that walford is crawling with murderers and rapists and thugs

I LOVE that secrets are a staple

Because that's what I tune in for

I don't care if they don't get their comeuppance. There is just nothing likeable about Ronnie. This is coming from someone who liked her last year. But this is just another murder that will run and run. We haven't even got closure with the Carl and Lucy ones and then there is this that will no doubt run until next Christmas.

Not all closure has to be prison or death

They've all had some sort of closure, with the prospect of picking up the storyline further down the line

Sending a charcter to prison means your asking for a character to leave potentially forever.

Why would you want that?

Why have Jane rotting away in Prison off screen for example when the storyline could continue in the background for the next decade, and then picked up later

I for one am interested in the dynamics of how the coverup will play out over the years. Its much more interesting seeing the effects on say Sharon and Ians friendship, Kathy and Phil etc

Keeping it going spawns a thousand other storylines

Ending it with Prison or death draws a line under it forever. And i don't want that.

Real life murder cases can go on for decades

If you want fast turn around storylines go and watch the ridiculous Hollyoaks
