Whoops I got it wrong about lovely Lorraine, she plays tomorrow. It was Deta today.
Good win or my "Keith Deller" pick, Madars Razma. Although he will very well to get a set off Yosser let alone the match |

Wolfe was unlucky as Smith was on fine form.
Robson & Hankey and some of the other general quality is embarassing to watch, no wonder the crowd is dead, must be bored to tears! The amount of 1's and 5's hit is shocking. |

The PDC is just so professional now- the top guys do it for a full time living whereas BDO guys have a day job to go to. how anyone expects the BDO guys to come close in standard is beyond me! I enjoy the drama and unpredictability of the BDO |

Wasn't long ago that was pretty regular in PDC majors. And among top players. The likes of Painter and Mardle barely went a visit without landing in the 1 or 5 bed and they were making multiple world semis

Pleased to see Wesley win, he looked a future world champion when he burst onto the scene and made the semi finals a few years back, but hasn't really kicked on. Maybe this year....

I keep forgetting this is on this year with it being on BT.
When did BBC lose the rights to it? |

Reckon it could be a Durrant v Smith final, if that's how the draw pans out.
Though Scotty could still have a say in things.... |

My confusion came from not realising that BBC 2 were airing the day time sessions. My mistake.
![]() No idea how I'll watch it next year. Probably via a dodgy feed on-line. |

Dawson vs John 'boy' Walton was a great match! Walton on top form, despite losing! This really should have been a semi. Dawson may make the final now, with so many big names out.

Some good darts from Durrant at the mo, must be averaging over 100
Edit: they just showed the stats and he's averaging 98 with 89% checkout - amazing standard this, especially as the BDO is seen as being second tier to PDC |

![]() The first week of January is grim and the World Darts takes the edge off a little. Followed by The Masters snooker of course.
