EE - Am I the only one who's thought this?
Mick and Linda are about to get married and Linda's last name is Peacock. We are about to see Belinda Slater come back but I read that last time she was Belinda Peacock. Will there be a connection do you think?

No, you're not the only one. There was a thread on here a few days ago and possibly other ones since I don't come on here that often.

But, yes, knowing DTC, I'd say it's inevitable that they'll be a connection. The two Linda Peacocks will probably go on Jeremy Kyle to do a DNA test to see which one of them is Sharon's birth mother.

Peacock isnt a very common surname. They could have it mentioned that Belinda's husband Neville is the cousin of Elaine's husband (and Linda's dad) without making a big deal of it. A bit like on Corrie how they had Dennis Tanner discover he was a distant cousin of Eileen and Julie (Elsie Tanners maiden name having been Grimshaw) it was just briefly mentioned and didn't lead to a big dramatic family secret.

Id rather they opt for coincidence rather than contriving some link between them.

On the website she is being billed as Belinda Slater. So I think she's being divorced or retconned.
