Extending your graph a bit using Three's numbers for the middle of last year I think I get to ~41PB / month for June 2015. If the Enders figure of 42% for Three's share of all data is correct and still holds I make the monthly shares to be roughly (mid 2015):

Three: 41PB
EE: 35PB
O2: 12PB
Vod: 10PB

Does that look right? Obviously it's very rough as I'm not sure if they all count MVNO / roaming data in the same way and EE don't supply data usage figures.

For Three it looks about right.
