Not much leftovers after crimble. The OH, myself, my brother and my nephews stay with my parents until the 28th.
The grannies always ask us how long we all are staying, and the stock answer is "until we've eaten and drunk everything"
ie; The 28th

After crimble dinner the remaining turkey is carved up; cold cuts for supper and the next day or so, doggy bags for the grannies to take home and some for the Beast, my cat that comes with us, and mum cuts it up into little bits into containers for him.
There is hardly any veg leftover, because mum has got quantities down to a fine art.
Dad does much of the shopping for random, non crimble dinner related stuff. Especially cheese.
His annual 'cheese run' is a family in joke, and generally the cause of amused bemusement from his sons and world weary resignation from his wife.
It is the only time of the year he goes shopping without a minder, and he brings back all sorts, he doesn't stop at the usual brie, stilton, cheddar, etc. Oh no we get all sorts of weird and wonderful cheeses. To be fair most of it either gets eaten whilst we are there, or is used on exotic versions of cauliflower cheese later.
But this year he surpassed himself and brought back amongst his haul, not one but three large packets of "Christmas Pudding Cheese"
Trust me, it is vile. When we left there was still 2 3/4 packets uneaten. Even the Beast who loves cheese showed his arse when offered some.
So the sum total of leftovers from the misha06 2015 family crimble is a couple of half jars of pickle onions and eggs, and a pile of Christmas Pudding cheese
