Address book issue help needed.

My mum has bought a sleek new Samsung Galaxy A5 phone. Before that, she used a vintage Nokia. As she had to have a new micro SIM card in her new phone, she can't have address book from her old phone on the new one. Is there any way that I could transfer contacts from Nokia to Samsung phone, or to computer via Bluetooth ?

Where did she buy the new phone? Which network is she on?

Go to a shop, they often copy data from one sim to another.
