sky tv etc. ought to put their hands in their big pockets and help Bangladesh with costs towards extra security measures for this small limited over cricket tour. Any sign of trouble and the England team should leave if they don't feel safe from any terrorist threats.

Talking about the Bangladesh series we know Cook will be going but what is the England team going to look like will it be a full strength side

Can tell Chris Jordan is back what the selectors see in him I'll never no might as well bring back Jade Dernbach

Tbh the tour is going on for more political reasons than money reasons.
Bangladesh were given loads of lucrative matches in their part in accepting the big 3 proposals so basically this is Ecb part in saying thank u for the vote.

He's a poor bowler if we want someone to concede 70 and take 3 wickets we should have kept Dernbach

Utter rubbish

Jordan is a wonderful death bowler as has just proven. His last over. 6 balls, 2 runs, 1 wicket. Yep, very poor

Wouldn't be the best fielder in the side by miles and able to bat too, oh and his record with the ball is much better too, so not really a brilliant comparison.

FTR I wouldn't have him in but he is nowhere near the craptitude of Jade.

Pakistan are looking a lot better in the field than they have in the last few matches. It would be nice to have a close match for a change.

A lot closer contest than the first 3

England showing that they have some excellent strength in depth with the loss of early wickets apparently not causing too much concern

Incredible that Jonny Bairstow can't get into the 1st XI for England in ODIs, would have walked into any other England team and been one of the first names on the teamsheet.

Bairstow's record in one-dayers isn't that great though, not until recently, the depth we have in batting in this form is amazing though.

Bairstow still won't make the first xi even with this innings, which is scary.

Incredible to think that the entire England XI have all gotten a first class century. What a batting line up that is.

England one day cricket is in such a great place with people like Bairstow, Jordan, Willey all on the outskirts and then people like Billings, Ball, Bell-Drummond etc knocking at the door

Oh, I wanted to see who Pakistan were going to bowl in the penultimate over. Moeen Ali spoilt the fun with that six to win it.

it'll be interesting to see if any of the ODI team choose not to go to bangladesh as with the strength in depth we have they could find themselves not getting back in

Pakistan are really awful at one day cricket.
Report are that Morgan might miss the Bangladesh tour and might struggle to get in the team again.
It is probably destiny with him getting dropped or not good enough to be in the team couple of months before the World Cup.
Really is a question mark at the moment if Morgan get above Bairstow in the team excluding captaincy.
Tbh you can name 5-6 batsman that are really close to a spot.
In normal years dawid Malan would be playing for England right now and he not even been mentioned in the press.

If the 3 wickets are proper batters, that's not a terrible return.

The Sky team kept saying there was no vacancy. There would be if they dumped Morgan.

So are England implementing a rotation policy, or are they giving some other faces a chance to have a look at them? Or are some players injured and cannot play?

I'm unclear why they would choose Bairstow over Buttler or leave out Rashid otherwise.

Spreads calling England runs at 290 - 300 with England to win by 37

Seems about right I think

At the toss, Morgan said that Buttler was still unfit but was hoping he would be fit for the T20 on Tuesday

The others were rested

That appeal for LBW didn't look as close in real time as the replay showed. Umpires call very narrowly

The ball is swinging
