My immediate reaction was Ballance to go and Hameed to replace - but Ballance's Test average is in the mid 40's, and the number of games he's played that doesn't lie.
What is his last 10 Test innings, and what is his last 10 first-class knocks? Is he simply out of form, or has he lost confidence, or has he been "found out"? Yorkie fans will know the lad much better than me!
Note - as it's a two-match series it's hardly fair to rest someone after one.
