Re the ICC Captain, surely that should be Misbah. Outstanding performance in guiding his team to the number One position in the rankings

Odd situation at the MCG where it appears that the umpires have decided to take lunch 10 minutes early because Steve Smith told them to.

But does this include all decisions which have been reversed .??????
They were all decisions( guesses) which were made by the on field umpires And how many of those LBW decisions have the Umpires have got right in the past as i heard Bob Willis saying that when he first went Down Under to play Australia they did not get a single LBW in the entire series. But if it was today they would have obviously got a lot. I bet Australia got a fair few in that series as they did not have neutral umpires back then |

Pakistan emulating England Down-Under by scoring 400+ and losing by an innings
The Aussie pundits seem to have forgotten their humiliation by India , SL and SA.... |

Looks like Father Time has caught up with Misbah
Misbah-ul-Haq has raised the possibility that he may leave international cricket, even as soon as before the third and final Test of Pakistan's series against Australia. Pakistan's most successful Test captain was speaking in the immediate aftermath of a dramatic and demoralising final-day collapse at the MCG - which ended in a defeat by an innings and 18 runs - and a day during which concerns over his own lack of runs came to the forefront once again. http://www.espncricinfo.com/australi...y/1074687.html |

Well done to Australia. I saw the first session and a bit. Ian Chappell said Pakistan had to be careful and not assume they would draw it but too late they came apart rapidly and the aussies took the series.

Some good T20 stuff from our boys
Jordan to Billings, OUT, What a return catch! Billings steps back in crease gets a full and wide ball, he hammers it thigh height out of the screws back at the bowler, it hits Jordan in the open left hand, popped up and he caught it in the right! Amazing work. The reaction time to pull that off is astonishing. SW Billings c & b Jordan 40 (30b 2x4 2x6) SR: 133.33 Congrats to Aggers as well

Was that really an expensive watch Jordan was wearing? Hard to see. Crazy if it was. Unless it was one of the top of the range G-Shocks? Could have been from the momentary shot we got of the dial.
